I recommend to anyone looking to get out of town for a while, but not wanting to travel far, to go to the Alluvian hotel and spa. Located in Greenwood, MS, it is a quaint small town with a luxury boutique hotel and spa located in the middle of town. The man who is the founder of Viking appliances was born and raised in MS and has returned to make Greenwood the headquarters of Viking and to honor the local restaurants and stores by developing the Alluvian. Everyone living and working in Greenwood is so nice and it feels very comfortable; Its a real treasure!!
